My Testimony

"Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him." Psalm 34:8

I thought that I would never have true peace and joy. I knew that as a Christian, I was "supposed" to have this "peace that surpasses all understanding," but I didn't know how to tap into Jesus' "streams of living water." I earnestly sought after God, but I was not regular in having a "quiet time" with God daily and every time I missed a day of reading the Bible or talking to Him, every time I lost my temper or said or thought something that was less than pleasant, I would feel like I had let God down and would be at a loss to know where to begin to "patch things up with Him."

When I did everything "right," I had peace and felt closer to God. When I messed up, my world would turn upside down.

Through a series of events in the past year of my life, the Lord has drastically changed my relationship with Him. He has taken my guilt and feelings of unworthiness and has replaced them with love and acceptance. He has taken my doubts of His reality and has replaced them with the very Person of Himself. He has taken my straining for a glimpse of Him and has given me Himself...right here, right now, thriving inside of me. Lastly, He has taken a peace and a joy that was dependent on my works and has given me the peace and the joy that comes with knowing that no matter what happens today or tomorrow, I know the One in whom I believe and He died to free me not only from death but also from a life lived without Him. His love and faithfulness has given me the peace and joy that I never thought I could have.

I have tasted and have seen that Lord is good - and you can, too.

My mission for my music is just to share the greatness of the mercy and grace of Jesus and to cultivate an environment of encouragement and openness to God's leading wherever I play music.

"I will extol the Lord at all times; His praise will always be on my lips. My soul will boast in the Lord; let the afflicted hear and rejoice. Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt His Name together." Psalm 34:1-2
